EngageRM raises A$6 Million Series A

We are excited to announce our lead investment in EngageRM’s $6 Million Series A round.

EngageRM offers a single technology platform for CRM, data, and analytics to drive engagement, revenue, and profitability in sports and entertainment. The innovative technology, built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, voice recognition, and aggregates diverse datasets to provide its sporting clients with a deeper understanding of their stakeholders.

EngageRM designed the platform to address the unique needs of elite sporting organisations, including ticketing, fan engagement, and partnerships. EngageRM partners with many of the world's most renowned sports franchises, including the LA Lakers, LA Clippers, Cleveland Guardians, and New Orleans Saints. Closer to home, EngageRM continues its partnerships with elite Australian sporting clients such as Collingwood, Carlton, and Adelaide AFL clubs, Rabbitohs and Bulldogs NRL clubs, and sports venues like the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Our investment in EngageRM will fuel the next growth phase across teams, technology, and international markets.

Five V’s Chris Gillings remarked, “EngageRM aligns with Five V’s commitment to partner with market-leading, innovative businesses in industries with strong tailwinds. The impact of sports continues to grow globally, and EngageRM will be both an enabler and beneficiary of this growth."

EngageRM’s CEO, Ned Coten, said: “We are fortunate to have an exceptional investor base that has been considerably boosted with the addition of Five V Capital and XT Ventures.“

Congratulations EngageRM and all teams involved!
