Monson Agencies has been acquired by VertomCory

We are excited to announce the acquisition of Monson Agencies (‘Monson’) by VertomCory, marking a momentous milestone for the two businesses. The combination of VertomCory and Monson will create a global powerhouse in port agency, seamlessly connecting the northern and southern hemisphere and offering customers world-class, end-to-end ship agency services.

Headquartered in Western Australia, Monson is an established market leader, providing supply chain critical services to facilitate the global movement of essential resource commodities. Since Five V’s majority investment in 2021, alongside founder, Dale Monson, the business has grown into a leading Asia-Pacific provider, leveraging cutting-edge technology to orchestrate the global movement of >$200bn of dry-bulk annually. With a network of 32 strategically located offices, spanning 10 countries and over 250 ports across Asia Pacific, Monson’s extensive network and scale has been instrumental in delivering exceptional, round-the-clock customer service. This success has been underpinned by the significant contribution of Monson’s management team, coupled with the ongoing investment in proprietary and award-winning technology.

We are excited for Monson’s future as part of the VertomCory Group and look forward to seeing their continued global growth!
