Congratulations to St. George Project Services and Valorem Advisory on joining The APP Group!

These new partnerships expand APP’s national reach and strengthen its capabilities and expertise with a particular focus on infrastructure. The APP Group now has over 550 property and infrastructure professionals in 9 offices nationally.    

St. George Project Services is a leading Queensland project management and infrastructure consultancy with a strong market-presence in North and Far North Queensland.  

Valorem Advisory offer infrastructure lifecycle advisory services including business case development, delivery and procurement strategy, transaction management and commercial advisory in the transport, social infrastructure, renewable energy, and education sectors.

Headquartered from the City of Townsville, St. George Project Services is a market leader in the management and delivery of a diverse range of construction projects across Queensland. Working on several high-profile projects including partnering with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads across the Bruce Highway Upgrade Program including the Edmonton to Gordonvale project and the Townsville Ring Road project.

Valorem Advisory, based in Sydney has exposure to a range of complex infrastructure and major services projects across Australia from the Western Harbour Tunnel (New South Wales), Sydney Metro, Essential Services (Port Macquarie) to the Bridgewater Bridge (Tasmania) and several projects for South Australia’s Department of Infrastructure and Transport.
