Venture Capital: Our Partnership with QIC's Venture Capital Development Fund

Venture Capital Update: We are proud to announce our partnership with Queensland Investment Corporation's(QIC) Venture Capital Development Fund (VCDF). The aim of VCDF is to accelerate, develop and enhance the Queensland venture capital industry and we are excited to continue our commitment backing quality B2B SaaS businesses across the Sunshine State.

QIC Private Equity Partner Nicholas Guest stated: "We’re thrilled to welcome Five V to Queensland through the QVCDF and have great confidence in the outcomes we can drive by leveraging their extensive networks and international experience."

Five V Capital Head of Venture Capital Ed Bigazzi said: "The QVCDF funding will mean that we can invest in more of these businesses and have greater reserves of capital to back our winners. Five V's aspiration is to be the investor of choice for Queensland's leading B2B SaaS companies at the Series A stage. We aim to do this by providing capital and support to start-ups as they rapidly scale, leveraging our network to introduce customers and source talent.”

Thank you again to @QIC and the team for partnering with us, and we look forward to helping build Queensland's thriving technology and start-up community.
