Esha Arora

Esha joined Five V Capital in May 2025 as part of the Investor Relations team, where she focuses on investment operations, investor engagement and fundraising. Previously, she worked in impact consulting at Sattva, advising corporates and non-profits on strategy and impact measurement across sectors including health and education. She began her career in finance and strategy at an early-stage company.

She holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney, where she was awarded the Business School International Scholarship and the Sydney Scholars India Scholarship. During her degree, she was actively involved with 180 Degrees Consulting, delivering multiple projects and progressing from team leader to Consulting Director, where she guided teams and drove client acquisition and engagement. She was also recognised as the Business School Community Leader Student of the Year. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
