Giulia McFarlane

Giulia is Head of ESG at Five V Capital. She brings experience across consulting and in-house ESG leadership roles in Australia and the UK, with a strong focus on private equity and portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Five V, Giulia worked in London as a Senior Sustainability Consultant, advising private equity firms including Charterhouse Capital Partners, M&G, LDC and Tenzing on firm-level ESG strategy and portfolio implementation.

Giulia brings deep expertise in ESG strategy, B Corp certification and recertification, ESG reporting and regulatory compliance. She partners with investment and management teams to embed ESG into core business strategy in a pragmatic and commercially disciplined way.

Giulia holds a Master of Environment and Sustainability (Corporate Sustainability Management) with High Distinction from Monash University and a Bachelor of Environment with Distinction from the University of Melbourne.
