Jamie Smith

Jamie has 7 years of experience working across financial services and mining industry.

Jamie joined Five V Capital in June 2025. Prior to joining Five V, Jamie spent over five years at in Dublin and Luxembourg with Cafico International and CSC Global Financial Markets, working with a range of international clients, and working on and servicing structured financing and private equity portfolios. Bringing a deep understanding of complex financing structures and fulfillment of their requirements in regards to reporting and tax obligations. In Australia, Jamie has also worked with E&P Financial Group as a management accountant assisting on budgeting and forecasting while also preparing financial statements and bringing these through their audit for AFSL companies. Most recently, working with Yancoal Australia as a Senior Financial Accountant with responsibilities of their statutory reporting and working on various projects.

Jamie has a Bachelor of Commerce graduating with Honors from National University of Ireland, Galway. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
