Joanna LeFevre

Jo has over a decade of experience in private equity and investment banking across Australia and the United States. She joined Five V Capital in 2025, where she focuses on originating and executing new investment opportunities and accelerating portfolio company performance.

Prior to joining Five V, Jo worked at Gresham Capital Partners and Concentric Equity Partners, a US$1.5bn Chicago-based private equity firm, where she partnered with founders and management teams on their next phase of growth.

Jo has held board positions across the technology, software, consumer, field services, and infrastructure sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, with majors in Finance and Accounting, from Indiana University (USA).
