Larissa Reyes

Larissa is Chief People Officer at Five V Capital. She brings nearly two decades of experience across people and culture, organisational development, and transformation within the global private equity industry. She partners closely with executive teams to drive strategic workforce outcomes and support sustainable business growth.

Prior to joining Five V, Larissa spent ten years at Vitruvian Partners in London, where she supported the firm’s growth and built organisational capability to enable high performance. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Permira, 3i Group plc, IBM, and Microsoft, gaining experience across both private equity and global technology organisations.

Larissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University, graduating with a perfect GPA.
