Michael Haddleton

Michael has over eight years of experience working across M&A and Private Equity.

Michael joined the Five V Capital New Zealand team in October 2025. Prior to this, Michael spent four years in Investment Banking in London working for Arrowpoint Advisory, the dedicated midmarket team of Rothschild & Co. Michael started his career at PwC New Zealand in the Transaction Services team, where he spent the majority of his time focusing on Financial Due Diligence.

Michael has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago. He is also a CFA charterholder.
