Mitch McTavish

Mitchell joined Five V Capital in September 2024 as part of the Investor Relations team.

Prior to Five V, Mitchell was a Business Development Analyst at Ellerston Capital, where he worked within the Sales & Distribution team to drive strategic client engagement, design data-led sales initiatives, and provide investor insights. His role spanned client relationship management, sales analytics, and fund reporting across both private equity and public market strategies.

He began his career at EY in the Assets & Analytics team, where he led process optimisation and automation initiatives for large corporate clients.

Mitchell holds an Honours in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
