Nicholas Horrack

Nick is a finance and investment professional with over 13 years’ experience across private credit, property, and equity markets. He has held senior roles spanning fund finance, investment management, and advisory, with expertise in financial reporting, portfolio oversight, and commercial structuring.

Prior to joining Five V Capital, Nick held roles at Deloitte, Commonwealth Bank, and Marshall Investments, and most recently was Head of Finance – Private Credit at HMC Capital, where he led the finance function for its private credit platform.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Taxation and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
