Sam Stephens

Sam has over 8 years of experience working in professional services, with exposure to a variety of industries including, financial services, automotive, construction, mining, software and not-for-profits.

Sam joined Five V Capital in August 2025. Prior to this, Sam worked at SW Accountants and Advisors managing audits for a range of clients including ASX top 100 companies, significant global entities and several private entities, including AFSL holders. His experience in audit and advisory has given him a sound knowledge of corporate governance, financial reporting requirements and an analytical mindset for process improvement and change management. Sam has worked with a range of domestic and international clients and brings that experience to Five V.

Sam has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management Studies, graduating with Honors, from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales. Sam is also a Chartered Accountant.
