Xavier Notermans

Xavier is a technology-led transformation specialist with a background in audit & assurance, process design, and product ownership. He has a track record of driving process optimisation and deploying impactful digital solutions across global teams. At Five V, Xavier leads initiatives that rethink data strategy, streamline workflows, and implement modern collaboration tools to reduce risk and improve efficiency across the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining Five V, Xavier spent eight years at Deloitte across the Netherlands, the US, and global teams, where he held roles including Product Manager in the Global Products & Solutions Team.

Xavier holds a Bachelor of International Business from Maastricht University, a Master’s in Accounting, Auditing & Control from Erasmus University and an International Executive Master of Auditing from the VU Amsterdam.
